Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as exercise often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements.

YOGA

It is a philosophy related to practices such as practice of asanas and meditation to work the body and mind through traditional disciplines mental and spiritual.

PILATES

A set of exercises whit therapeutic purposes, performed to provide balance, flexibility, fortify the muscles and performed with the aid of certain equipment. It is used to work the entire musculature of the body.

MEDITATION

Consists in being aware in the now, being aware of feelings, thoughts and sensations. Those who practice it allow you to understand constant feelings wiht wisdom and serenity.

HYPOPRESSIVES

The theory of Hypopressive exercise is that it is training based mainly on isometric contraction of the deep abdominal muscles, in which there is muscle tension but no movement.

Silent Retreat

The 10 day silent meditation retreats are mental training courses that aim at teaching participants how to deal with the inherent suffering of existence.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

About Me

I was Born in Rio de Janeiro, traveled around the globe, lived in the total of 7 years in the UK and in the USA before moving to Barcelona. Im an enthusiastic citizen of the world and a spiritual adventurer. I have over 10.000 hours and 18 years experience of teaching Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Hypopressive Method.

I am forever grateful for my favorite Yoga Teacher Master Ven Lobsang Dhonden. Because of him and my love for knowledge I am still constantly in learning process. I will be always  a student!

My goal is to teach people to enjoy learning about their bodies in a safe and inspiring environment: one in which they feel comfortable to explore movement possibilities in a curious, expressive and creating way.

My passion connects people to their own joyfull potential. I live my happiness in such a big way that I hope you leave my classes, workshops and trainings – spiritually uplifted!

I have a degree in Physiotherapy and I studied tradicional Chinese Medicine. I am also yoga and mindfulness teacher and trainer. My goal is to use my experience in holitisc health to help you feel your best and to become the best version of yourself. =)
